Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused abrasive products in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship the Items
Send your return to our warehouse facility using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
